Every pair of Nero Glass sunglasses includes 30 days of complimentary coverage from the date of delivery. If something's not right, reach out to customerservice@neroglass.com with your order number and we'll make it right.

Shipping

Orders ship within 24 hours from our US-based inventory. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Keep your Nero Glass sunglasses looking sharp for years:

• Store them in the included case when not in use — this is the single best thing you can do to prevent scratches.
• Clean lenses with the included microfiber cloth; avoid paper towels or clothing, which can scratch the coating.
• Rinse with lukewarm water if lenses pick up dust or sunscreen, then dry with the cloth before wiping.
• Avoid leaving them on a hot dashboard — extreme heat can warp frames and loosen lens seating.
