The browline silhouette was patented in 1947 by Jack Rohrbach at Shuron Ltd. and accounted for half of every pair of glasses sold in 1950s America. It's the shape that put Malcolm X, Bruce Willis on Moonlighting, and the Mad Men cast on the cover of every style magazine. The shape doesn't go away because it works.
Our Legacy Aluminum Jet uses the genuine aluminum-magnesium alloy family used in aerospace components — light enough to forget you're wearing it, structured enough to keep its shape after years of daily wear. The jet-black colorway is the original, and still the most versatile.
Best on round, oval, and heart-shaped faces, where the strong horizontal browline adds welcome angular definition. Double-flex hinges open wider than standard temples for a comfortable fit on broader heads.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Keep your Nero Glass sunglasses looking sharp for years:
- Store them in the included case when not in use — this is the single best thing you can do to prevent scratches.
- Clean lenses with the included microfiber cloth; avoid paper towels or clothing, which can scratch the coating.
- Rinse with lukewarm water if lenses pick up dust or sunscreen, then dry with the cloth before wiping.
- Avoid leaving them on a hot dashboard — extreme heat can warp frames and loosen lens seating.
